Colloidal quantum dots have been applied to many semiconductor devices in past decades, such as light-emitting devices (LEDs) , laser, field effect transistors (FET) and so on. We keep trying to reveal QDs chemical mechanism and develop novel device architectures. We hope to drive the development and commercialization of high-performance semiconductor devices in the field of luminescence and display.
